Cotecna Kaixin & EXCiPACT 2025 Annual Strategic Meeting
On December 10, 2025, Beijing Cotecna Kaixin Certification Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “BCK”), formerly known as Kaixin Certification (Beijing) Ltd., jointly convened the 2025 Annual Meeting with EXCiPACT, the internationally recognized authority for pharmaceutical excipient certification. The meeting was attended by Mr. Iain Moore, Senior Operations Advisor of EXCiPACT, and Mr. Alain Becart, Quality Director of EXCiPACT, together with Cotecna Kaixin’s General Manager, Management Representative, Technical Department, and auditors. The meeting was conducted through online and on-site participation.
During the meeting, Mr. Iain Moore, Senior Operations Advisor of EXCiPACT, presented an overview and briefing on EXCiPACT’s development progress in 2025. It was highlighted that BCK has accumulated extensive resources and experience in other certification fields, creating significant opportunities for the expansion of EXCiPACT certification services. Going forward, BCK will leverage its promotional activities in other certification areas to achieve resource sharing and business synergies, thereby further expanding the coverage of international certification standards across relevant domestic industries. To strengthen market outreach, EXCiPACT also expressed its willingness to jointly carry out diversified promotional activities with BCK, including webinars, face-to-face exchanges, and other formats.
Both parties clarified key areas for optimization and formulated specific improvement measures, and agreed to establish a timely information-synchronization mechanism to ensure the accuracy and authority of client information, thereby safeguarding the credibility of both brands. The enhancement of the training system and the expansion of the auditor team were identified as priority initiatives for 2026. In response to growing business demand, both parties plan to add several qualified professional auditors in 2026, further strengthening service capacity.
EXCiPACT certification is an international standard specifically designed for manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors within the pharmaceutical excipient supply chain. The certification aims to ensure that organizations involved in the production and supply of pharmaceutical excipients comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements, thereby safeguarding the quality and safety of pharmaceutical excipients.
