2025 Auditors’ Conference and Training on Updated Quality Certification Rules Successfully Held
On November 28, 2025, Kaixin Certification (Beijing) Ltd. successfully convened the 2025 Auditors’ Conference and Training on the Updated Quality Certification Rules. The training covered more than 500 management system auditors of the organization and was conducted through a hybrid format combining on-site sessions with live online streaming. Centered on the theme “Interpreting the Core of the New Rules, Empowering Practical Competence, and Leading Quality Upgrading,” the conference provided a comprehensive analysis of the revision logic, key changes, and implementation requirements of the updated Quality Management System Certification Rules, injecting strong momentum into the transformation of certification services from “scale-driven growth” to “quality-led development.”

At the opening of the conference, Ms. ZHAO Shufang (Helen ZHAO), General Manager of Kaixin Certification, delivered a keynote address and provided an in-depth interpretation of the new rules. Against the backdrop of current industry developments, the revision of the updated rules is closely aligned with three core objectives: regulating industry order, strengthening risk prevention and control, and enhancing the credibility of certification. By improving certification bodies’ management systems, clarifying requirements for public disclosure of certification information, and strengthening risk prevention mechanisms, the new rules aim to address excessive internal competition within the industry and promote the transformation of certification services toward standardization, professionalism, and high-quality development.
Subsequently, in conjunction with the updated Quality Management System Certification Rules, the heads of the Management System Certification Department, Certification Human Resources Department, and Technical Department each delivered focused presentations, providing targeted interpretations and guidance on the practical implementation and execution details of the new rules.
Through this conference, Kaixin Certification further strengthened personnel competence evaluation standards, optimized review and audit planning processes, and refined audit implementation procedures, laying a solid foundation for building a more professional, efficient, and credible certification service platform. Looking ahead, Kaixin Certification will take the implementation of the updated rules as an opportunity to continue deepening its engagement in the certification services sector. By leveraging a scientific and robust regulatory framework and a high-caliber professional talent team, the company will support more enterprises in achieving quality improvement and sustainable development, and contribute to the high-quality development of the certification industry.
