Notice of Company Name and Address Change

Dear Certification Clients and Relevant Parties,

In accordance with the company’s strategic development needs, and as approved by the Beijing Dongcheng District Administration for Market Regulation, we have completed the following changes. We hereby formally notify you as follows:

1. Company Name Change

The original name “Kaixin Certification (Beijing) Ltd.” has been changed to:

“Beijing Cotecna Kaixin Certification Co., Ltd.”

The Unified Social Credit Code remains unchanged. All original business entities and legal relationships remain valid.

2. Company Address Change

The registered and office address has been changed from “Room 309, Xinzhong Building, No. 2 West Xinzhong Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100027, P. R. China” to:

“1703, 17F, No. 9, Chaoyangmen North Avenue, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100010, P. R. China”.

The correspondence address has been changed to:

“Room 2003, 20F, Hexa International Plaza, No. 9, Chaoyangmen North Avenue, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100010, P. R. China”.

The new address was officially filed with the market regulation administration on November 28, 2025.

Notes:

This change does not affect the company’s accreditations, business scope, or service quality. All existing contractual terms remain in full force and effect, and the validity of issued certificates is unaffected.

Relevant company accreditation documents are currently being updated accordingly.
