Textile Exchange Releases New Version of Certification Fee Structure

On July 1, 2025, Textile Exchange officially released the updated certification fee structure document TE-TXL-POL-701-V1.0 Textile Exchange Certification Fee Structure (effective date: January 1, 2026), adjusting the certification fee structure. Under the new framework, the Textile Exchange standard certification fee will increase.

Under the new framework, Textile Exchange will charge each certification body $525 per year for each valid (including suspended) certified organization (identified by a unique TE-ID). After this adjustment, the annual fee for enterprises with only one site and one standard certification will increase; however, for enterprises holding multiple standards and/or operating multiple sites, the overall cost will decrease.
