Notice on the Change of Kaixin Certification (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

Dear customers and related parties:

Kaixin Certification (Beijing) Co., Ltd. has completed the procedures for equity change, legal representative change, and business license change on April 22, 2025, becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cotecna. Mr. Li Wenjiang, Vice President of the North Asia Region of the Group, serves as Kaixin's legal representative and general manager.

The company has decided to use a new certificate seal from April 27, 2025, covering all certification services except for textiles. The company will arrange for the replacement of certificates issued from April 22, 2025 to April 26, 2025; Certificates issued before April 22, 2025 shall be renewed in conjunction with supervisory audits or re certification audits.
